Frequently Asked About Our Terms
You can close your xstd account anytime through Settings > Account > Close Account. Any balance remaining in your wallet can be withdrawn before or after closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; if you want to play again, you'll need to create a new account with a different email address.
Yes. If a deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS doesn't show in your wallet within five minutes, or if a withdrawal doesn't reach your bank account within 24 hours, report it immediately through live chat. We investigate with the payment provider and refund you if the transaction failed on their end.
Your account is for your personal use only. You cannot transfer your account, sell it, or share login details. If we detect account sharing, multi-accounting or transfers for money, we'll close the account and forfeit any balance. All activities on your account are your responsibility.
We retain your account data for seven years after closure for financial and legal compliance. During this period, we won't reuse your email for new accounts. After seven years, your data is permanently deleted unless you request early deletion through support.
We may update terms from time to time. If changes affect your rights or obligations, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of your account after that period means you accept the new terms. You can always review the current terms in your account Settings.
If we detect unusual activity — such as rapid withdrawals, impossible login times, or transactions inconsistent with your history — we may temporarily freeze your account while we investigate. We'll contact you immediately to verify. If fraud is confirmed, we'll close the account and report it to relevant authorities where local law permits.
Access depends on local law in your country. xstd is built for Indonesia, and service availability in other regions is not guaranteed. If you travel outside Indonesia, your account may be restricted or suspended depending on the country. Check your local laws before accessing xstd from abroad.
